Levels of Care
Insight Recovery Center offers partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. We do not provide detox services, though our team assists clients in coordinating detox if needed. We work with trusted detox providers who can also arrange transport, ensuring a seamless transition into Insight’s programs.
Our boutique-style program serves an average of 16 clients at a time, allowing for highly individualized, client-centered care.
We also support clients with coordination of 24/7 supervised housing, sober living options, or attendance from home if they live locally.
Partial Hospitalization Program
Our PHP provides structured, daylong programming focused on addressing the psychological and behavioral aspects of addiction. Clients participate in therapy, skills training, and recovery-focused activities while maintaining flexibility and independence.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our IOP offers a step down in intensity while continuing to provide strong support and accountability. Clients attend therapy sessions several times per week as they strengthen recovery skills and transition toward greater independence.
Aftercare Program
Aftercare coordination is provided while clients are in programming to help plan for long-term success. This is not a separate level of care but an ongoing support service available during PHP and IOP participation.
