Madalyn serves as the Outreach and Admissions Specialist at Insight Recovery. Through her own lived experience in long-term recovery, she brings deep compassion, authenticity, and understanding to the individuals and families she supports. She is often one of the first points of contact for those seeking help and is dedicated to making the process of entering treatment feel welcoming, hopeful, and accessible.

As a North Carolina native, Madalyn works closely with community partners, recovery networks, and local organizations to build meaningful connections and expand access to care. She helps guide individuals and their loved ones through the early stages of treatment, offering reassurance, information, and support during what can often be a vulnerable and uncertain time.

In addition to her work at Insight Recovery, Madalyn is the owner of a women’s sober living home in the community. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where women can rebuild their lives, strengthen their recovery, and rediscover their sense of purpose.

Her work is grounded in the belief that recovery is possible for everyone and that connection, compassion, and lived experience can be powerful tools for healing.
