Derrick is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) who has been working in the addiction treatment field since 2012. As an Asheville native and a person in long-term recovery, Derrick felt called to help others in his community who are struggling with substance use disorders. He is passionate about supporting individuals in finding a better quality of life, free from active addiction.

Outside of work, Derrick enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for football and basketball.
