Quentin is a Durham, North Carolina native whose career has always been rooted in one thing: people. From his background as a chef to his work in behavioral health and addiction treatment, Quentin brings a unique mix of energy, creativity, and genuine connection to his role as Program Manager at Insight Recovery. He is passionate about creating an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to build meaningful lives in recovery. Quentin believes exceptional care starts with a strong team, authentic relationships, and a willingness to meet people where they are while helping them see where they can go. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, exploring the community, and building connections throughout Western North Carolina. His approach is simple: Be present and lead with compassion.
